     "I wanted to write this letter so that I can testify to others that buying a car from Todd Archer Hyundai was truly a good situation.  I was very skeptical about buying a car and having to deal with car salesmen.  I visited two other dealers during the time I visited the Archer dealership.  Both of those experiences were pretty much what I expected...lots of pressure and not a lot of attention to my concerns.

.......You worked with me extensively to find me the best deal and still keep my payment where I wanted it.  There were no pressure tactics used, or at least I didn't feel like I was being pressured.  You also took the time to answer my questions and address my concerns.

The reason I ended up at your dealership was through a referral that had purchased two cars from your lot in the past 12 months.  I have a daughter who will soon be in need of another car (and) you are the dealership I will have her visit also.

     "I just want you to know how much I appreciated your wonderful service when I had a problem with my Hyundai Santa Fe last week. John put me in touch with roadside service while he located a rental car for me. He quickly found and fixed the problem and was able to drive the rental to pick up my car just a few hours later. I really appreciated the car wash, too. Everyone was friendly, fast and very efficient. Good service is hard to come by these days, so, I have been letting everyone know how great you have been. One of my friends said she would definitely look at a Hyundai when she is ready for a car. Advertising doesn't compare to word of mouth customer satisfaction!!!"
